What is the maximum file size? expand_more

The maximum size for one photo file is 100 MB. Video files can be up to 5 GB. These limits are available on every plan.

Can I upload videos? expand_more

Yes, Picosu supports video file uploads in MP4 and MOV formats. One video file can be up to 5 GB on every plan.

Can I upload HEIC, RAW, CR2/CR3 (Canon), ARW, NEF, RAF, NRW, DNG, and PSD files? expand_more

Yes. HEIC, RAW, CR2/CR3 (Canon), ARW, NEF, RAF, NRW, DNG, and PSD files can be uploaded directly into galleries on every plan. Picosu creates a preview thumbnail for these files, while the original stays available for download.

File is processing for a long time, what to do? expand_more

Processing usually takes from a few seconds to a minute. If the status doesn't change for more than 10 minutes, try refreshing the page.

When sharing a gallery link on social networks, the old preview remains expand_more

This is related to Open Graph data caching in social networks. Use the "Debugger" tool of the respective network.
